Andri Tiran Tennis Academy does all types of tennis coaching for all ages & players. We work at local schools and clubs:

We help schools build tennis teams and develop structures to support the school/teacher and improve the sport in general at our schools with quality coaching. All the coaches are registered & qualified.

We also do Padel Tennis which is a mixture of tennis & squash played on a smaller tennis court with glass all round. We have weekly coaching available aswell as weekly social tennis for those just wanting to play. Beach tennis, which is played on sand on a volleyball court with paddles and produces loads of fun. We regularly host holiday tournaments for our players or clubs and draw people/players from afar wanting to have some fun and develop their game.

Andri is the founder of the academy, Former SA High Schools Player & African Cup player.

Our Team

Andri started the academy in 2007. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Gauteng North Tennis Coaches Association and works at various clubs in the Centurion area like Clubview & Doringkloof Tennis Club. He is also a former South African Schools player and African Cup player.

Dylan was a competitive tennis player reaching a career high ranking of 16 in the Open Division in South Africa and 519th on the Junior ITF tour. He also made nationals with his team playing on the college circuit in America. He has been with the academy since 2018 and lots of coaching experience. He specializes in working with beginner and intermediate players of all ages, at clubs and schools.

Danelle is a great coach and works great with all levels of players including adults & children at various schools and clubs. She also coaches Padel tennis for the academy at Clubview Tennis Club helping many players achieve their dream.

Reinhardt works primarily at clubs & schools for the academy with beginner and tournament players of all ages. He was also South African Schools player.

Tennis Lessons

We offer different tennis lesson packages for everyone.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Tennis Lessons are necessary for learning the game, developing technique and some tactics and having fun with friends and family. We help young players from ages 4 years old, Primary & High School as well as adults wanting to play club tennis. We have all types of lessons, from individual to Semi-Private 2/3 lessons are available.

SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS

30 min / 60 min semi-private lessons, small group training with a personal touch.

SQUADS

Within these sessions we aim to help players develop fundamental movement skills and improve: agility, balance and coordination. They will also learn the basic techniques & tactics of tennis.

MINI TENNIS GROUPS

Red ball players /Mini Tennis. It’s a group of players that play over mini tennis nets with sponge/red balls. Within the sessions we aim to help players develop fundamental movement skills and improve: agility, balance and coordination. They will also learn the basic techniques & tactics of tennis.

LOUIS LEIPOLDT MORNINGS

We work at Laerskool Louis Leipoldt with over 100 players playing the game each week.

CENTURION HIGH SCHOOL

We also started at Hoerskool Centurion in helping them build more teams and setting up structure to create more tennis activity

Tennis Lessons

Invoices

Invoices are sent monthly from January – December months and are payable on the 1st of every month in advance. All fees are a “monthly average fee” worked out over a government term period (3months), not per lesson fee.

For example: If you pay R500 p/m, a term is R1500 (10 – 11 weeks per term). Just to be clear nobody is paying for lessons in government holidays, the amount is just split into monthly amounts to make payments easier. Your monthly amount will depend on what lessons you take during the week.

What we Get up to

Tournaments

We run tennis school tournaments for Primary & High School players at the ATKV Buffelspoort each year. With 6 amazing courts, great facilities and over 20 teams competing for one of the most fun team school tournaments in South Africa.

Holidays

Holiday activities are local fun tournaments for the kids. We also host beach tennis for adults & kids on our holiday programs. We make it real simple for all levels of players, there is place for everyone.
